Achievement June 10, 2026

GSA Students Sweep National Science Olympiad 2026

In a stunning performance at the 2026 Myanmar National Science Olympiad held in Naypyidaw, Golden Star Academy students returned home with 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals – the highest tally of any school in the country. The team was led by Grade 11 student Ko Pyae Sone Aung, who claimed the Physics gold with a perfect score. Principal Dr. Kyaw Zin Oo praised the students and their science teachers for months of dedicated preparation.
